Overview
Digital e-stamping platform for Peruri, Indonesia's state security printer — automating bulk duty-stamp issuance for thousands of documents with integrated payment.
Responsibilities
- Led the backend architecture and development of the platform in Java Spring Boot.
- Designed the asynchronous bulk-processing pipeline on RabbitMQ, with a dead-letter queue for failed jobs.
- Integrated the Peruri e-Meterai API and the Finpay payment gateway for secure digital stamp purchases.
- Streamed live job progress to the browser over WebSocket for long-running bulk submissions.
- Connected the platform to RPA Auto Stamp for end-to-end automated issuance.
- Wrote unit and integration tests for the payment and e-stamping workflows first.
Result
- Roughly 70% reduction in document processing time for bulk submissions
- Throughput held during anticipated high-traffic events instead of degrading
- End-to-end automated issuance via RPA, removing a manual step entirely
- Regression issues at release reduced by covering payment and stamping workflows
